  7. Let one side cook until golden brown
  8. Turn the lamb and cook until golden brown
  9. When cooked, place on a plate
  10. Sprinkle fried onions around the lamb on plate
  11. Skewer fresh strawberry on the chopstick for garnish
  12. Sprinkle some Italian herbs for garnish
  13. Stir-fry greens and serve with the lamb
