  9. Get 2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese grated
  10. Take 1 tbsp of hot sauce

  1. cook beef w/ salt about 2 tsp. till brown add kidney beans and heat through. keep warm
  2. mix all of the raw ingredients together add the cheese mix well.
  3. add beef and bean mixture and mix well
  4. add 1000 island dressing and hot sauce mix to incorporate.
