The ingredients needed to make Green Chilli Pickle:
  1. Take 500 gms Green chillies slit into half
  2. Use 2 juice of lemons
  3. Provide 4 tsp salt (approximately)
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp mustard seeds coarsely crushed
  5. Provide 2 tbsp jeeru (cumin seeds) coarsely crushed
  6. Prepare 3 tbsp oil
  7. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Instructions to make Green Chilli Pickle:
  1. Mix all the above ingredients in a big bowl.
  2. Place a small sized plate on this pickle mixture, such that the plate goes inside the bowl directly on top of the pickle mixture.
  3. Keep some heavy stone on the plate as shown in the picture, which can cause a proper pressure on chilli pickle.
  4. Keep for approximately 18 hrs.
  5. After that mix it well and store in a glass bottle and store in a fridge for 3-4 months.
