  1. You need 500 g lean minced beef
  2. You need 1 onion
  3. Take 2 sticks celery
  4. Use 2 medium carrots
  5. Prepare Garlic (1 or 2 cloves)

  7. Take 400 ml vegetable stock (or red wine)
  8. Get 200 ml chopped tomatoes
