- Use 1 oil for frying
- Get 1 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- Take 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- Prepare 1 cup flour
- Use 3 eggs ..beaten
- You need 1 ranch dressing or marinara sauce for dipping

- Cut each mozzarella stick in half …making 12 sticks
- Place flour in.one bowl
- Place egg in seperate bowl.
- Mix panko in.with seasoned bread crumbs in another bowl.
- Start heating.oil in.pan
- Dip each mozzarella stick in flour …then egg …and then panko/bread crumb mixture.
- Sometimes I coat one last time with flour just to seal in the cheese but you dont have to.
- Fry in.oil til golden brown….this will go very quickly so DON'T go anywhere. :)
- Drain on.paper towel and serve with marinara sauce or ranch . Whatever you like.:)
