The ingredients needed to prepare Paneer Wrap:
- Take 5-6 Paneer cubes
- Provide 1 Tortilla
- Take 1/2 Tomato, Juliennes
- Use 2 tbsp Any vegetable oil
- Prepare 1/2 Capsicum, Juliennes
- Use 1 Onion, Juliennes
- Use 2 tbsp Black Olives
- Get 3 tbsp Sweet corns
- You need 2-3 tbsp Pizza/Pasta sauce
- Provide 2-3 tsp Italian Seasonings
- Get as required Amul Cheese, Grated
- Get 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Use 1 tbsp Black pepper powder
- Prepare As per taste Salt
- Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- Take 2-3 tbsp Thousand Island sauce/any sauce
Steps to make Paneer Wrap:
- Marinate Onion Juliennes with lemon juice, pinch of salt, red chilli powder. Mix well. Do the same marination with paneer cubes, add black pepper powder to this.
- Brush some oil in pan. Heat the tortilla for few seconds. Keep it aside.
- Now start spreading pizza/pasta sauce, marinated onions, tomatoes, capsicum, olives, marinated paneer cubes, cheese, sweets corns, sauce. (As shown in picture)
- Fold it well, with the help of tooth pick.
- Grease some oil in griller pan, cook it from both sides carefully. You can make any shape you like.
- You Paneer Wrap is ready. Serve hot with some dip or sauce.
