- Prepare 1 cup cabbage chopped

- First we wash and cut veggies and keep in pressure cooker for 4 to5 whistles
- Then make gravy for bhaji in mixer add tomatoes chopped and onions and grind fine paste

- Heat oil or butter In pan add ginger garlic paste saute then add gravy stirr continue
- Add pav bhaji masala,red chilli powder saute for a while then add mashed veggies and mix well then add salt mix well
