The ingredients needed to prepare Brookies:
  1. You need 2 cup maida/All purpose flour
  2. You need 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  3. Provide pinch Baking soda
  4. You need 50 gm Butter
  5. You need 80 gm Melted dark/milk chocolate
  6. Provide 1 tsp Cornflour
  7. Get 2 tsp Milk
  8. Prepare 2 tsp Chocolate chunks
  9. Use 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  10. Take To taste Castor sugar
Instructions to make Brookies:
  1. Sieve maida with baking powder and baking soda, cornflour and keep it aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl mix together butter and castor sugar, now add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Add melted chocolate and mix well, and add the dry ingredients and milk and just bring the brookie dough together.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper & preheat the oven to 170°c.
  5. Flatten the brookies between your palms & place them on parchment paper, place the chocolate chunks over each brookie and bake them in a preheated oven over 170°c for 15-18 minutes.
