- Prepare 1 cup Chana dal
- Take 1 cup green peas
- Prepare 1 cup green mochai
- Take 1 onion
- You need 1 tomato

- You need 1/2 spoon ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 1/4 turmeric powder
- Get 1/4 spoon asafoetida powder

- Take 5 spoon Homemade masala powder (from a dry mixture of 250 g red chilli, 250 g coriander seed, 25 g Urad Dal, 25 g raw rice, 15 g pepper, 15 g jeera fry and grind them into powder)

- Use 2 briyani/bay leaves
- Take 2 cardamoms
- Get 1 star anise
- Get 2 cinnamon sticks

- Soak Green peas and chana in water for 8 hours, boil it with green mocha in cooker for 3 whistles.
- In a pan pour oil and add anise, biryani leaves, cinnamon, cloves, star anise and fry them, then add pieces of (onion, tomato, green chilli), ginger garlic paste, spinach and coriander leaves, fry them. Then add boiled Green peas, green mochai and chana to it. Then pour 100 ml(1 small tumbler) water to it and leave it to boil.
- Add turmeric powder, homemade masala, asafoetida, salt and allow them to boil. Then grind coconut flakes with poppy seeds and 3 spoons of boiled Green peas, green mocha and chana in a mixer and put it in the pan.
- Once the final mixture boils, add leaves curry and coriander to it.
