  2. Provide 6 tbsp pesto alla calabrese/pizza sauce
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup roughly chopped onions
  4. Take 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
  5. Provide 2 tbsp canned sweetcorn
  6. Get 1/4 cup sliced mushroom of your choice
  7. Get 1/4 cup zucchini or cucumber sliced with the skin on
  8. Use 3/4 cup mixed bell peppers sliced
  9. Provide 3 tbsp kalamata olives or black olives
  10. Use 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  11. Get 1 tbsp oregano / italian seasonings / mixed herbs
  12. You need 1 tsp crushed red chilies
Steps to make Homemade Farmhouse Pizza:
  1. Divide the pizza dough in two and roll them out on a pizza stone or a baking tray, if using pre-made or store bought pizza base then lay them on a baking tray.
  2. Spread the pesto alla calabrese/pizza sauce generously on the dough/pizza base. Spread half a cup of grated cheese on each of the pizza.
  3. Now add in all your veggies on top of the cheese. Add the remaining cheese on top of the now layered veggies.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400ᵒ F. Add on the olives and bake the prepared pizza for 15 mins.
  5. Pull out the pizza from the oven, add in your seasoning and pop it back into the over for another 2 mins or until the crust gets a beautiful golden colour.
