- Take 150 gms maida
- You need 2 tbsp cornflour
- Get 2 tbsp rice flour

- First slice onions & make rings out of it, wash it & dry it on a paper towel, put it in the fridge while you prepare the batter.

- Now in a mixing bowl take maida, cornflour, rice flour, salt, pepper, garlic paste, oregano & water make a semi-thick batter.
- Now first coat the onion rings with little maida & then dip it in the batter, again coat it with maida & again dip it in batter & immediately put it in hot oil to fry.
- Repeat the same with all rings, after frying sprinkle some chaat masala on it & serve with ketchup.
