Wanting to get in as much physical exercise as possible is another. Don’t ignore that health isn’t only about just how much you weigh. You need to make your body as strong you can make it.

The ingredients needed to cook My Dumplings:
  1. Take 112 oz Swanson Chicken Broth
  2. Get 28 Mary B's Buttermilk Biscuits
  3. Get 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  4. You need 3 tsp fresh ground pepper
  5. Prepare to taste Salt
Instructions to make My Dumplings:
  1. Boil chicken breasts in the broth and remove from heat.
  2. Once cooked through shread chicken breasts and add back to broth. Add 2 cup of water to the broth and bring back to a slow boil.
  3. Tear thawed biscuits into pieces and drop in broth. I usually add two biscuits and stir to submerge them and keep adding biscuits until all 28 are in the pot.
  4. Continue with a slow boil until all the dumplings sink. Tastes just like homemade. My family inhale these.
