- Take Pork
- Get Sazon completa

- Pork is one of those things that you need to cook throughly, when you feel like it's ready you can cut through the middle just a bit to see how pink the meat is. You want it white.
- You can eat this with whatever sides you're craving, I'm making it with white rice and avocado salad. You can prep your sides while it's frying.
- Make sure you cook it on low because if not the outside cooks faster than the inside and the breading burns.
- Some people like using bread crumbs but this is what I find happens when you use breadcrumbs which is why I use cracker meal, the bread crumbs detatch from the pork and burn faster.
- For the avocado salad just add salt, apple cider vinegar and olive oil!!
