We all understand that, in order to really be healthful, nutritious and balanced meal plans are important as are good amounts of exercise. Sadly, there isn’t often enough time or energy for us to really do the things we need to do. When our work day is done, most people do not want to go to the gym. We want a tasty, greasy burger, not an equally delightful salad (unless we’re vegetarians). The good news is that making healthy decisions doesn’t have to be irritating. With training you can get all of the nutritional requirements and the exercise that you need. Here are some basic ways to get healthful.

Consider the stairs. Instead of selecting the elevator, climb the stairs to your floor. While this will be hard to do if you live on or if your job is on a super high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is entirely do-able. Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the remainder of the way. Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an effort on the stairs. Even just a sole flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day–can be a great boost to your system.

There are all sorts of activities that you can do to get healthy and balanced. An overpriced gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. You can do tiny things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. Wanting to get in as much physical activity as possible is another. Don’t forget that health isn’t only about simply how much you weigh. You want your body to be powerful too.

We hope you got benefit from reading it, now let’s go back to strawberry tomato (physalis) jam recipe. You can have strawberry tomato (physalis) jam using 4 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you do that.

The ingredients needed to make Strawberry Tomato (Physalis) Jam:
  1. Get 400 grams Edible strawberry tomatoes (physalis)
  2. Prepare 160 grams Granulated sugar (or caster sugar)
  3. Use 50 ml Water
  4. Provide 1 from 1/2 a lemon Lemon juice
Steps to make Strawberry Tomato (Physalis) Jam:
  1. Peel the flaky outer shells off the strawberry tomatoes and wash them. Please get rid of any damaged or badly scratched tomatoes.
  2. Add the tomatoes to a pan along with the sugar and water and place it over medium heat. When the edges of the pan start to bubble, turn the heat down to low.
  3. Stir the mixture to prevent it from burning, and cook it down while squashing the tomatoes.
  4. When it has cooked down and thickened a little, mix in the lemon juice and stop the heat.
  5. The jam will thicken as it cools so don't worry if you think it's still a little too runny.
  6. Transfer the jam to a sterilised jar while it's still hot and put the lid on. Let it cool to 80°C, where the jar should still be quite hot to handle, and turn the jar upside-down.
  7. By turning the jar upside-down it will prevent drops of water from gathering on the lid so you can keep it for longer. Once the jam has cooled, it's ready to use. Be careful not to burn yourself while cooking this recipe!
