- Marinate the chicken strips into ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, jeera powder, salt, black pepper powder, yoghurt and lemon juice mix well and keep aside for 2 hours
- Take oil in a pan add this marinated chicken and cook till chicken is cooked and absorbs water completely..
- Now take khabus open frm center,on one part spread a very little of tahini sauce on that add mayonise,garlic paste and labneh,after that add chopped cabbage and tomatoes(as shown in picture) now spread the cooked chicken on it and on top add french fries and close it with the other top of khabus..fold frm both the side and grill in a pan by pouring some oil..it will become crispy..
- Note: if you are not getting khabus..you can make it in chapaties..also you can omit the tahini sauce and labneh..try to keep mayonise for sure..
