- Get 30-35 green chillies
- You need 2 tsp vinegar
- You need 2 tsp sugar
- Provide 1 tsp cumin seeds

- Wash green chillies and pat dry.
- First cut the stalk and then cut into pieces.
- Dry roast cumin seeds, methi seeds, saunf, black mustard seeds. Blend in a blender jar to make coarse powder.
- Heat oil in a kadhai, turn the flame low, add hing, dry roast powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, mix well.
- Add green chillies, mix well. Cook for one mins.Turn off the flame. Add sugar.
- Add vinegar, mix well. Let it cool down. Now transfer to air tight container. Green chilli pickle is ready to eat. Enjoy !!!
