  5. Dip one by one prepared stuffed potato balls in arrowroot batter. Drop-in hot oil. Deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
  6. To prepare potato falli. Peel potato, grated with carrot grater. Soak in salt water for 1/2 hour. Pat dry on Kitchen towel. Divide this potato falli into two equal portions. In one portion add a drop of red food colour(optional). Mix well and keep another portion as it's (white). Deep fry individually till crispy golden. Then mix together. Keep aside. Keep all other ingredients ready to make Limbu Wada Chaat.
  7. At the time of serving. Cut prepare stuffed potato wada into 4 parts. Place on serving dish. On it pour khajur chutney and whisk fresh curd as required. Sprinkle fried potato falli.
