  1. Cut the potatoes into small bite-sized pieces, and microwave for 4.5 minutes until a bamboo skewer goes through easily.
  2. Thinly slice the onion, and cut the bacon into 1 cm strips.
  3. Heat a frying pan, and add the butter. Sauté the onion and bacon.
