  3. Chane ki tarkari.. Channo ko soda dal kar 6 ghante ke liye bhigo dein phr thora namak dal kar boil kar lein

Ab ek bartan me oil me pyaz fry karein phr lassan dal dein phr hari mirch haldi zeera dhania lal mirch namak dal kar bhoone phr temater ka paste dal kar 5 mint tak pakaye phr channay garam masala aur 2 cup pani dal kar pakaye phr corn flour thore pani me ghol kar mix karein ke thori gravy gaadi ho jaye phrr bss tyar hai channay ki tarkari
  5. Halwa.. Cheeni pani Elaichi aur colour ko dal kar paka lein ke cheeni disolve ho jaye phr alag pateeli me ghee dal kar us me soji bhoon lein jab halki khushbo aane lage tu us me cheeni wala pani dal dein aur halki heat pe dum pe rakh dein
