- Prepare 2 cups Banana flower
- Get 2 tsp Ginger/Garlic paste-
- Prepare 1tsp Garam masala
- Get 1 tsp Curry powder

- Use 2 cups Onions, chopped

- Method: In a Kadai put oil and splutter some mustard seeds then saute onions, green chillies, ginger/garlic paste then add garam masala, curry powder, pepper powder, salt and saute it. After the raw smell goes add the Banana flower and saute it then add the mashed sweet potato and mix well, next turn of the flame & after it cools down roll it out into patties. Dip this in batter (flour mixed with water)& cover it with bread crumbs. Fry it in oil. Serve hot.
