- Take 5 ripe tomatoes
- Use 1 onion, chopped
- Use 1 small can tomato paste

- bring the onion and oil in a medium pot to simmer on the stove top.

If you want hotter version remove the basil and add a chopped chillie or a table spoon of dried chilli pieces to the onions when cooking them soft, also add a teaspoon of hot sauce when you add the tomato paste.
