- Prepare 5 each Slices of sourdough bread
- Use 1 Grape seed oil for pan frying

- Provide 1 cup Flour
- Prepare 1 medium Egg
- Prepare 1 tsp salt
- Take 1 tsp Pepper fresh ground

- Preheat oven to 300. - Dip mozzarella sticks into milk/egg, then into flour, back into milk/egg, then into bread crumbs. Repeat this process, also I used a fork. Fry 6 at a time for 3-5 mins, till golden it darker brown :D
