The ingredients needed to prepare Tomato sauce:
  1. Use 500 gm Tomatoes
  2. Prepare 1 Onion
  3. Take 2-3 Garlic cloves
  4. Use 1 Ginger piece of 1/4 inch
  5. Use 1 Bayleaf
  6. Provide 1 Starannise(badiyan ka phool)
Instructions to make Tomato sauce:
  1. Wash tomatoes.peel onion ginger garlic.add in pot of water with bayleaf & staranise.water should be enough to submerge tomatoes
  2. Just boil tomatoes only till skin looses.take out from water, remove skin.
  3. Remove bayleaf & staranise.put all skinless tomatoes onion ginger garlic in blender & blend to fine paste.use some of the tomato water if needed
  4. Add this paste in a pot & let it cook at medium flame till it starts to boil,add some tomato water if sauce seems thicker. simmer for 3-5 minutes then turn off flame. When it cools down store in jar,box or container & use as needed
  5. I dont add salt or pepper in this sauce as seasoning depends on it's later use.can be added to make gravy/curry/soup/marinades.dont add used or dirty spoons in jars or container to avoid spoiling.
