- Boil medium size 6 potatoes after that boil 1 bowl cauliflower.
- Then take separate pan put 2 spoon oil in it then add ½ bowl green peas and ½ bowl capsicum, roast it well and smash green peas in it then add ½tbsp black pepper, ½tbsp chilli powder, add salt as per taste.
- Now take a kadhai and put 6-7big spoon oil in it and 2 tbsp butter, then as the oil heat up then put finely chopped onion, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste in the oil and fry on low flame for 20 to 30 minutes till the onion and tomatoes become half of the quantity.
- Then take 1½tbsp chilli powder, ½tbsp garam masala 3-4tbsp Kashmiri lal chilli powder and salt as per taste and put it in the kadhai and mix it well.
- Now after mixing the masala well then add fried green peas and capsicum in the masala.
- After that add smashed potatoes and cauliflower in the masala and mix well.
- Add 1½glass of water in it and mix it well.
- Then once the bhaji starts boiling add 2 tbsp of pavbhaji masala in it and mix it and smash it well.
- Add later water as required.
- Let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Your pavbhaji is ready and serve it accordingly.
