  1. You need 400 gm cabbage
  2. Get 400 gm cauliflower
  3. Prepare 150 gm beetroot
  4. Provide 100 gm shimla mirch
  5. Use 100 gm green peas
  6. Provide 200 gm boiled potato
  7. Prepare 150 gm finely chopped onion
  8. You need 150 gm finely chopped tomato
  9. You need 1 inch grated ginger
  10. Take 2 green chilli chopped
  11. Get 1 tbsp lemon juice
  12. Provide 3 tbls tomato sauce
  13. Take 20 gm chopped green onion for garnish
  14. Provide 1 tsp haldi powder
  15. You need 2 teaspoon kashmir chilli powder
  16. Take 1 tbsp coriander powder
  17. You need 2 tbls pawbhaji masala
  18. Get to taste Salt
  19. Get 100 gm butter
  20. Get 1 packet Fresh coriander
Steps to make Beetroot _pavbhaji:
  1. Take a cooker add cabbage,cauliflower, beetroot,shimla mirch add some water and cook it till 3 missile, let it cool
  2. Now take a pan,heat it pour butter and little oil in it,now add grated ginger and green chilli, saute for 30 sec now add chopped onion and fry till golden brown now add chopped tomato in it and fry for 5 to 8 min or till tomato turn soft, now add all dry ingredients like,haldi, kashmiri chilli, coriander, paw bhaji masala and little bit of water mix it well and fry for 10 min or until oil separate form masala
  3. It's tym to add our boiled and mash bhaJi into it,and continue mix it with masala or cook it on medium flame for at least 15 min, now add boiled potato and green peas,mix it and cover it
  4. Now add lemon juice, tomato sauce and little bit of butter mix it al together and cover it for 5 min,now add 100 ml of water and again mix it and cover it for 10 min on low flame
  5. Now our bhaji is ready to eat,garnish with butter,green onion, onion and serve it with fresh paw dip in lots of butter
