  1. Provide 1 cup Pasta penne
  2. Provide 1 cup Onion chopped
  3. Provide 1 cup tomato chopped

  1. Put the pasta penne into boiling water with some salt and a little butter/few drops of oil. Cook on medium flame for 10-11 minutes till the penne is cooked to tender. Stain the water and rinse with cold water. Strain and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and ginger and saute for a minute.
  3. Add chopped onions and green chillies and saute till the onions turn golden.
