- Maida ki dough ke do bade ball bana le. Bailan se Roll karein aur filling lagai. Fold karein, phir filling lagai, is tarah folding karte jai aur filling lagate rahe.
- Ab phir se Bailan se roll kar ke knife se cut karein 4 pieces mein. Wok mein oil garam kar ke deep fry karein Golden hone tak.
- Bowl mein chicken, yoghurt, ginger garlic paste aur tikka masala laga ke 2 se 3 hours, marinate ke lye rakh de. Phir oil garam kar ke chicken Boti fry karein Golden hone tak.
- For Mayo sauce, mix ketchup aur mayonnaise together. Ab Bandu ka paratha rakhe, phir cabbage center mein, phir chicken Tikka Boti, phir Mayo sauce dale. Roll karein. Serve hot. Enjoy!
