There are all sorts of activities that you can do to get wholesome. An expensive gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. You can do tiny things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. Looking to get in as much exercise as possible is another. Don’t ignore that health isn’t only about how much you weigh. You need to help make your body as strong you can make it.

The ingredients needed to cook Club sandwich:
- You need bread
- Use carrot
- You need Cabbage
- Take Tuna fish (or sardine)
- Take Mayonnaise
- Provide boiled egg
- Prepare tomato (optional)
- Take Baby cucumbers to garnish (optional)
Steps to make Club sandwich:
- Thinly slice the cabbage or grate it. Do the same to the carrot.
- Boil an egg and using an egg slicer, slice it lenght wise then turn the egg around and slice it so as to get little cubes. You can cut it up using a knife as well. Then put it on the same plate with the carrot, carbage and diced tomatoes.
- Put the tuna and mix it then add a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Mix it all together.
- Cut off the edges from the bread and keep (you can dry the edges of the bread in the oven or on a pan then blend it to use as bread crumbs).
- Spread the mixture on your bread and place another bread on it. Using a bread knife (serrated knive), cut it diagonally both ways
- Enjoy it with a cool drink!
